- 1cup Walnut powder
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Dry milk powder
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 Green cardamom
- 3 tbsp. Clarified butter
- Grind 4 green cardamoms with 1 tsp. of sugar.
- Take a pan and pour 2 cups milk with 1 cup of sugar and cook till it become tender.
- Take another pan and put 3 tbsp. of clarified butter with cardamom and cook till its start to come, add 1 cup walnut powder and 1 cup of dry milk and cook it for 10 minutes.
- Now add sugared milk and cook it on low flame till it combines. Dish it out and garnish it.
