Ingredients:
- 1 kg Chicken cut into pieces
- 4 Kashmiri red chilies (soaked for an hour and grind in to paste)
- 1 tbsp. Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 tsp. Cumin crushed
- 1 and ½ tsp. Salt
- 2 tbsp. Vinegar
- pinch Orange red color (optional)
- 1 tbsp. heaped Chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. heaped Chili garlic sauce
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 2 tbsp. Ghee
- 1 medium Tomato
- 2 Potatoes cut into thick wedges
Method:
- Blend together 1 tomato, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 tbsp. ginger garlic,
1 tsp. cumin, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, pinch of orange color, 1 tbsp. chili sauce, 1 tbsp.
chili garlic sauce and 4 ground red chilies. - Marinate 1 kg chicken in this paste for few hours.
- Heat oil and ghee in a pan, add chicken with all Masala and potato wedges, cook over low flame till chicken and potatoes tender.
- Serve with paratha or rice and raita.
