- 1 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- 4 ice cubes
- Blend yogurt, water, sugar, salt and cardamom together until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend again, until mixture is smooth. Serve cold.
- Add rose syrup and cardamom powder it enhances the sweet lassi flavors
