Sev( సన్నకారప్పూస, செவ், सेव ) Is made of gram flour wich is used to top almost all chaats as it is very fine and also eaten as such . These save is just prepared by 2 ingredients such as gram flour and salt but very tasty .
These can be prepared in various flavors too such as palak sev, garlic sev, pepper sev etc.

Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups Gram Flour
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- Oil for frying
Method:
- Mix well all ingredients except oil.
- Add sufficient water and make soft dough.
- Pour oil in a kadhai and heat.
- Press the dough out as sev using the fine save mold directly into the oil.
- Fry till they turn crispy and golden brown.
- Spicy Sev is ready.
