Ingredients:
- 1/2 Kg Ladyfingers (fried)
- 1 sliced Onion
- 4 sliced Green chilies
- 1/4 Cup Oil
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp. Crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 4 tbsp. Ketchup
- 2 tbsp. Chili sauce
- 2 tbsp. Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp. Vinegar
Method:
- Remove top and tail of all the ladyfingers and deep fry for 5 minutes, remove and keep aside.
- Heat 1/4 cup oil in a wok, add the ingredients and chili cook till boiling, fold in the fried lady fingers and serve hot.
