Schezwan Ladyfingers  This is Indian curry with is made in Chinese way. The curry is spicy , tangy and has lots of Garlic and can be enjoyed with rice or chapathi or as such like a finger food.

  • 1/2 Kg Ladyfingers (fried)
  • 1 sliced Onion
  • 4 sliced Green chilies
  • 1/4 Cup Oil
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 4 tbsp. Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. Chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Vinegar


  1. Remove top and tail of all the ladyfingers and deep fry for 5 minutes, remove and keep aside.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a wok, add the ingredients and chili cook till boiling, fold in the fried lady fingers and serve hot.
