Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup Maida , all purpose flour.
- 1/4 cup Rice flour.
- 3/4 cup yogurt ( sour curds )
- Onions 1 finely chopped
- Pinch of baking soda
- Green chilies 3 finely chopped
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil for frying.
Method :
1. Mix both flours with the sour curds to a smooth paste , see that their are no lumps and set aside for 1hour.
2. Mix all the other ingredients and prepare the batter.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan, pour spoon sized batter and fry on both sides till golden brown.
4. Serve hot with chutney of choice.
