Mukkala Pulusu (ముక్కల పులుసు, குரகைய முக்கால புலுசு, सब्जी टुकड. ओ पुलुसू ) is a special Andhra Dish.

Ingredients :
- Bottle gourd (Sora kaya) 1 cup
- Bhendi (Benda kaya) 10 ( cut into 2 pieces)
- Potato 1
- Pumpkin/butternut squash 1 cup
- Tamoto 1
- Drumsticks 2 fresh sticks
- Green chillies 3
- Tamarind pulp lemon size
- Besan 2 tspn
- Jaggery to taste
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric a Pinch
For seasoning:
- Veg oil 1 Tbsp
- Whole red chillies 4
- Mustard seeds 1 Tbsp
- Methi seeds 1/4 Tsp
- Asafoetida a pinch
- Chopped coriander leaves to garnish
Method:
1. Clean and chop all the vegetables into big chunks, slit green chilles.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the seasoning and set aside.
3. Now in another deep pot add all the vegetables except tomatoes,
4. Add water salt and turmeric, tamarind pulp, jaggery and cook them on medium heat.
5. After 10 mins add the tomatoes and adjust the seasoning.
6. Cook till the vegetables are cooked.
7. Mix besan in some cold water.
8. Stir in the besan mixture into the pot.
9. Cook for 5 mins, cursh the seasoning and add to the pot.
10. Simmer for couple of mins, granish with coriander leaves and remove from heat.
