Mixed Berry Smoothie ( बेरी सुम्यूती,బెర్రీ స్మూతీ) :  Berry smoothie , packed with natural power pack of antioxidants.It is best to have this as a mid morning snack with has the fullness.

It is free of sugars ,all it has is all natural and yet very colourfull and delicious drink.

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1cup apple juice
  • 1cup yogurt
  • 3 ice cubes
  • mint sprigs ( optional)


  1. Combine allthe berries , apple juice , yogurt in a blender. Process until fruit is pureed and mixture is smooth
  2. Add ice cubes and process until smooth .
  3. Pour in to glasses and garnit with mint
