- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1cup apple juice
- 1cup yogurt
- 3 ice cubes
- mint sprigs ( optional)
- Combine allthe berries , apple juice , yogurt in a blender. Process until fruit is pureed and mixture is smooth
- Add ice cubes and process until smooth .
- Pour in to glasses and garnit with mint
