Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste2 tsp.
- Green chili paste2 tsp.
- Nutmeg powder1/2 tsp.
- Salt ½ tsp.
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp.
- Red chili 2 tsp.
- For masala:
- Fired onion 1 cup
- Black cumin seeds1/2 tsp.
- Cinnamon 1 stick
- Black pepper 1 tsp.
- Green cardamom 2
- Badyan flower 1
- Coconut milk 1 cup
- All spice powder 1 tsp.
- Oil ½ cup
- Green chilies to garnish
- Green coriander leaves to garnish
Method:
- Marinate ½ kg chicken in 1 cup yogurt, 2tsp. ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp. green chili paste, ¼ tsp. nutmeg powder, ½ tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. lemon juice. Keep it for ½ an hour.
- Grind1 cup onion and 1 cup coconut milk . add in ½ tsp. black cumin seeds, 1 piece cinnamon , cardamom, badyaan flower and 1 tsp. all spice powder.
- Make a thick paste. Heat some oil and add in the paste.
- Cook it and add in the marinated chicken.
- Cook it on a low flame for 20 minutes.
- When the chicken tenders add in green chilies and coriander leaves and serve hot.
