Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg Boneless chicken pieces
  • 2 tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp. Yogurt whipped
  • 1 tsp. All spice
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Mango chutney
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp. Cream
  • 2 tbsp. Coriander leaves
  • 2 Green chilies chopped

Method:

  1. Mix 2 tbsp. tomato paste, 3 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tsp. all spice, 1
    tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. ketchup and 1 tbsp. vinegar in a bowl.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup oil, add 1 tsp. crushed garlic, fry for 1 minute, add 1/2 kg chicken
    cubes, fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in the spice mixture, cook till chicken done, add 1/4 cup water for gravy, lastly mix in 2 tbsp. mango chutney, 2 tbsp. cream, 2tbsp. chopped coriander and 2 chopped green chilies.
