Iguru kaaram (ఇగురు కారం, இகுரு கரம், इगुरु कारम)


Iguru kaaram (ఇగురు కారం, இகுரு கரம், इगुरु कारम) can use in all fry curries. Home made Spice Powder used for garnishing of vegetable fries and a few gravy vegetables.

Regional Dish : Andhra; Tamilnadu; South India and North India.

Cuisine Style : Andhra | Cooking Time 15 minutes | Take added to all curries| Type powder | Shelf Life : 2 weeks.

Appx. Nutritional values :

Ingredients to  serve :

  • Red chillies   250gm
  • Jeera   50 gm
  • Salt   1 tbsp
  • Garlic   50gm

Method :

  1. Grind all the ingredients in to a mixer  to a rough powder
  2. Frying the ingredients is not necessary ( if needed just dry under jot sun for few hours and grind)
  3. Iguru karam  can  use in all gravy curries also
