Iguru kaaram (ఇగురు కారం, இகுரு கரம், इगुरु कारम) can use in all fry curries. Home made Spice Powder used for garnishing of vegetable fries and a few gravy vegetables.

Ingredients to serve :
- Red chillies 250gm
- Jeera 50 gm
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Garlic 50gm
Method :
- Grind all the ingredients in to a mixer to a rough powder
- Frying the ingredients is not necessary ( if needed just dry under jot sun for few hours and grind)
- Iguru karam can use in all gravy curries also
