Grated Mango Pachadi( మామిడికాయ తురుము పచ్చడి, कसाहुआआमका चुटनी) is a South Indian recipe . It is mostly prepared during summer when we get our green mangoes.

Ingredients:
- Green Mango 1 medium size
- Red chili powder 4 tbsp.
- Salt 3tbsp.( adjust to taste)
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp.
- Red dry chilly 2
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp.
- Asefetoda / hing ½ tsp.
- Oil 4 tbsp.
- Curry leave 10 no.
- Jaggery ( 1tsp optional)
- Method:
- Peel the mango and then grate it.
- To the grated mango add salt, chili powder, and turmeric, (jiggery) and mix well.
- Check the taste.
- Now heat the oil, when it’s hot add red chili pieces, hing, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- When the mustard seeds pop add this mixture to the grated mango mixture and mix well.
- Serve with steamed rice, curd rice or as a relish.
