- Grated and pureed 1 cup fresh ginger
- Honey or raw sugar 1 cup
- Pine nuts
- In a clean and dry glass jar add 1 cup pureed ginger and 1 cup honey and mix well and refrigerate.
- To make hot ginger tea , take 1 tbsp. of above mixture in a cup and add boiling water to it , garnish with pine nuts and enjoy.
- To make cold ginger tea , take 1 tbsp. of above mixture in a cup and add ice cold water , give a good mix and garnish with pine nuts and enjoy.
Variations: Add some fresh squeezed lemon juice .
