Ingredients :
- Big Carrots 2
- Milk 1 Ltr
- Sugar 1/4 Kg
- Elachi powder 1/4 Tsp
- Cashews As needed
- Almonds As needed
- Pista As needed
Method :
- First cut the carrots in to pieces and boil them .
- Then blend that boiled carrot pieces to nice paste.
- And boil the blended mixture, Milk, Sugar on low flame until the raw smell went off.
- Then add elachi powder,cashews,almonds,pistachios.
- Serve cool with ice cubes.
