Ingredients :
- 4 jars (4 ounce each) baby food carrots or 2 big carrots cooked and puree
- 1cup vanilla frozen yogurt / icecream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar / 4 tbsp honey / 2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- dash of ground nutmeg
- dash of salt
- 2 ice cubes
Method:
- Combine carrots , yogurt, milk, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmet , salt and ice in blender to a smooth consistency
- Pour in to 4 glasses , garnish it withcarrot wedges
