Ingredients to serve :

  • Milk 2 Cups
  • Ripe Banana 1
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Grind Nutmeg ¼ Tsp

Method :

  1. Boil the milk to boiling point.
  2. Allow it to cool.
  3. Smash the banana into a smooth paste , add it along sugar to milk and blend.
  4. Serve chilled.

Note : For healty reasons , you can substitute sugar with honey , zero calorie sweetner, agave nectar
