Aratikaya(Raw Banana) Pulusu(అరటికాయ పులుసు, அரட்டி கைய புலுசு, कच्चे केले पुलुसू ) is famous Andhra dish.

Ingredients:
- Green plantains ( raw) 2 ( remove skin and cut inti 1” cubes)
- Rated coconut 1/4 cup
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 1 stem
- Dry red chillies 4
- Cumin seeds 1tsp
- Pepper corns 2 tsps
- Dhania 2tsps
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Ghee 2 tsps
- Salt to taste.
Method:
1. Roast Coriander seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, peppercorns and grind with coconut and turmeric powder to a smooth paste.
2. Cook plantain( raw banana) in water till soft.
3. Heat ghee in a pan , add mustard seeds and curry leaves, when the mustard splutteres add cooked plantains, tamarind pulp and salt and bring to boil.
4. Add the ground masala paste and simmer until the ghee separates ,Garnish with coriander leaves .
5. Serve with rice
