Ingredients:
- Potato 2 ( Small sliced pieces )
- Onions 1
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp.
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp.
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
- Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp.
- Salt to taste
- Oil 5 to 7 tbs.
Method:
- Take pan and heat oil in that and add mustard seeds , cumin seeds , when they pop up add thinly diced onions and potato pieces and fry on medium heat , while stirring in between to prevent from burning at the bottom.
- Now when the potatoes and onions shrink the size and also the color changes to brown and crisp.
- Add red chilli powder , turmeric powder , salt and fry for 1 minute and take them off the heat.
- Serve with steamed rice.
